Yoga, wine & cheese night
This event is a fundraiser for the Cascades Club Youth High Performance Paddlers, and their upcoming training camp in Portugal.
The cost is $40 per person, and includes a one-hour yin yoga class, a glass of wine (or tea) and a selection of cheeses and other treats. Yin yoga is a great way to get a deep stretch and calm your mind, and this class, led by a bilingual instructor, is suitable to all levels and abilities. It’s a great way to connect with friends and neighbours!
