The History
Squash has been offered at the Cascades Club since its courts opened in 1979.
The Club’s two international courts are some of the best in the region and its viewing areas are perfect for league nights and tournaments.
The Cascades Club has a long and rich tradition of squash, at both the competitive and recreational level.
The squash courts are open to all Club members
9am-6pm -Monday - Friday
9am - 12pm -Saturday and Sunday,
but only squash members are permitted to use the courts at other times.
Only Club members are eligible to become squash members.
Annual Squash Membership Fees:
Adult: $160
Associate: $60
Family: $285
Squash members are invited to compete at our weekly Club League nights. The Club also plays host to the Ottawa District Squash Association’s Open City League. For more information on player rankings, schedules and events, please visit www.odsa.ca.
The Club is running a Junior Squash Program on Saturday afternoons from 2:30pm to 3:45pm and 4:00pm to 5:15pm from October 15th to December 16th, 2023.
