We are happy to once again be offering fitness classes at the clubhouse.

 

Strength & Conditioning Classes

Tabata TOTAL BODY Circuit

Lead by Sylvie D'Aoust - Level 3 Performance Cycling Coach & 2x National Figure Competitor

  • 2x week for 6 weeks 

  • 1hr sessions

  • Focus on Posture, Body Awareness, Flexibility, Muscle Recruitment and Muscular Strength

  • Equipment: Bands, BOSU, Stability Ball, TRX, Kettle Ball, Dumbbells
