CASCADES FALL FITNESS for WOMEN OVER 40

 Get ready to power up your fitness routine this fall with our invigorating Tabata-style workouts at Cascades! Designed specifically for women over 40, this program continues to focus on strengthening your legs, arms, and abs with high-energy, efficient exercises that deliver results.

Program Highlights:

 1. Tabata-Style Workouts

  • Our signature Tabata-style workouts are back, bringing you short, intense bursts of exercise followed by brief rest periods. This method is perfect for maximizing calorie burn, improving cardiovascular fitness, and building muscle endurance in a time-efficient manner. You'll focus on toning and strengthening your legs, arms, and abs through targeted, effective movements.

2. Diverse Workout Equipment

  •  This season, we're excited to introduce a variety of new workout equipment to enhance your strength training and muscle-toning experience. From resistance bands and kettlebells to stability balls and more, you'll have the opportunity to explore new fitness techniques that challenge your body in fresh, exciting ways.

Youth Strength and Conditioning Program (Ages 11-15)

Our 6-week Youth Strength and Conditioning Program is designed for athletes aged 11 to 15, focusing on strength training, conditioning, and skill development, all under the expert guidance of coach Sylvie D'Aoust. This program emphasizes safety, proper form, and injury prevention, while keeping things fun and engaging for participants.

Athletes will experience increased strength, improved athletic performance, and develop long-lasting healthy fitness habits. Ideal for pre-teen athletes, this program is perfect for transitioning from the on-water paddling season to cold-weather dry land training, all while building camaraderie with fellow paddlers and other youth in our community.

Program Details:

  • Duration: 6 weeks, 12 classes

  • Schedule: Mondays & Wednesdays, 6:00 PM – 7:00 PM

  • Start Date: Monday, November 4th, 2024

  • End Date: Wednesday, December 9th, 2024

  • Membership: No membership required
