Spring Paddling Program

 

Who:               Athletes ages 10 – 16 with at least 1 summer of paddling    experience.

What:             On-water paddling (weather permitting).

Off-water athletic development activities following the Long Term Athlete Development model for Sprint Canoe-Kayak

Program Structure:

  • This program is designed to give experienced paddlers a head start on the season and reunite them with their friends and coaches from the club.
  • It will include fun on and off water activities to help develop age appropriate athletic skills that will benefit both paddling and other sports.
  • Athletes will have the opportunity to learn with the use of our canoe and kayak ergs, video feedback, off water technical drills and one on one on water feedback with our experienced coaching staff.

When:            7 week program

Start Date:  Monday, May 7

End Date:     Saturday, June 23

Schedule:     Monday, Wednesday, Friday 5:30 – 7pm &

Saturdays 9-11 am

Schedule to be confirmed depending on registration

Train 2 x per  week  $100

3x or 4x per week $200
