Spinning program (Indoor Cycling)
Spinning is a group indoor cycling workout on a stationary bike. The music and lighting create an energised atmosphere in which you burn calories and keep your muscles in shape. Since you control the resistance on your bike, you can determine how vigorous your workout will be. Suitable for all ages and skill levels (children must be accompanied by an adult and be 4’11”).
Program Length: 8 weeks, week of Jan 7 – Feb 24
Non-Members: $120 per session (includes taxes)
Members receive a 20% discount upon checkout.
5 Pass option: $90 (good till the end of Spring session)
A 12 month club membership fee is $131 per individual, $256 per family.
NOTE: A new process will take place for Cascades Spinning classes. Classes will only run if a minimum of 5 people have registered. Don’t be disappointed! Please register.

There are two different and dynamic instructors teaching at Cascades Club.
No refunds once classes have begun.
There are 12 bicycles at the club, each equipped with standard and SPD pedals. You can wear running shoes, or bicycle shoes with SPD cleats. All you need are workout clothes, a towel, and water.
