Spinning is an indoor group cycling workout on a stationary bike. Music and lighting create an energised atmosphere in which you burn calories and keep your muscles in shape. Since you control the resistance on your bike, you can determine how vigorous your workout will be.
Suitable for all ages and skill levels (children must be accompanied by an adult and be at least 4’11” in height).
There are 12 bicycles at the Cascades Club, each equipped with standard and SPD pedals. You can wear running shoes, or bicycle shoes with SPD cleats. All you need are workout clothes, a towel, and water.
Our excellent and energetic instructors are Brad Evenson & Steve Wolfe.
3 spinning sessions per year are usually offered
- Fall – October to December
- Winter – January to February
- Spring – March to June
Class times (a minimum of 5 people must be registered for the session for a class to run)
- Sunday 8:00-9:00 a.m. (Brad)
- Tuesday 6:30-7:30 p.m. (Brad)
- Thursday 6:30-7:30 p.m. (Steve)
- Friday 8:00-9:00 a.m. (Steve)

$12 per class for Cascades Club members* who register online for an entire session
$15 per class for non-members** & drop-ins
** We encourage you to register online for an entire session to ensure that the class has enough participants to run.
