Return to Dragon Boating

Due to the social distancing requirements during the Covid-19 pandemic, dragon boating is not currently permitted at the Cascades Club.

Our dragon boat program is open to everyone, even if you’ve never paddled before!

Dragon boating is an excellent cardio and core workout and our friendly coaches provide instruction on proper paddling technique.

The Cascades Club offers a range of teams from recreational to competitive – see team descriptions below.

Come enjoy fun, fitness and friendship on the beautiful Gatineau River! Follow the Cascades Club on Facebook @CascadesClub

Anyone (non-members and members alike) can drop in with one of our recreational dragon boat teams for free (up to 2 times).

Just contact the captain first to make sure there is room in the boat.

After 2 free drop-ins, Cascades Club members can continue to drop-in anytime for $15 per session (space permitting).
